Thank you to all the wonderful businesses and individuals that have made heartfelt donations to our upcoming Auction.
My appreciation is extended to the parents who offered to help sell the Tuition Raffle tickets. The tickets will sell for $25 each or 5 for $100. A reminder that the sold ticket stubs and monies be turned into to me. I will be at the school every Wednesday from 9:30am to Noon. These are legal tender and numbered items with the Department of Justice.
New items received from Atlantis Casino Resort & Spa in Reno, Squezze In Restaurant, Discovery Museum in Reno, Animal Ark in Reno, Auto Museum in Reno, Anjou Spa in Bend, Skyhigh Sports in Tigard, KDiamondK, guest Ranch in Washington, Butterfly Conservatory in Ontario. Disneyland hopper passes, Cleanline Surf Shop Seaside, Cheesecake factory. We received a Sunday to Sunday stay on the island of O'ahu for a family of six.
New parent and alumni Dedie Cameron has stepped up to Chair the set-up position. Still positions are available.

Please look at pre-purchasing your tickets to our upcoming event. by pre-purchasing you will be entered into a drawing for a one night stay at the DoubleTree Hilton Lloyd Center with dinner and breakfast. With pre-purchasing you could get information about a discounted stay for the night of the event.
We are looking to changing up the buy-ins. Several suggestions have been made and will update as we clarify the ideas.
Kathy Taylor Procurement chair is looking for assistance in procuring from the following areas. Saturday market, Pearl District, Hawthorne area, Sellwood area, Alberta Street and so on. If you are in need of auction hours, this would be a great way to get those hours in.
New items received from Portland Baroque, Mcloughlin Dental, KBVM, G6 Airpak, Mt Hood Lanes, Alder Creek Kayak.
There are still positions available, especially as team members.
Banners are here. Mr. Miller will be hanging them on two sides of the school building.
Wine and Hors d'oeuvres on Saturday. Invitation has been extended to bring your favorite bottle of wine or hors d'oeuvres and come and enjoy the evening.
Because we are taking the event off campus ....The cut-off date for procurement will be October 11, 2013, after that it will be cash, check or script.
